Check-In and Check-Out Policies

General Policies

1) All reservations require a valid form of ID as well as a credit or debit card prior to check-

in. All financial information of motel patrons will be deleted from the system no more than

14 days after check out.


2) A one time, up front charge of $50 per reservation for incidentals is required prior to

check-in. Management retains the right to charge up to $500 per reservation for

incidental charges upon check-out.


3) Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am.


4) Emergency procedures and evacuation information can be found in each room.


5) Any guests of motel patrons are subject to removal by management.


6) Overnight guests that are not registered at the front desk will result in up to $100 fine per

guest per night.


7) Any actions or behavior by motel patrons deemed to be inappropriate by management

will result in termination of reservation without refund and immediate removal from the

premises.


8) One vehicle per reservation is allowed on the premises. Extra vehicles that are not

accounted for are subject to tow.


9) Patrons are expected to maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.


10) No smoking of any substance is permitted in any rooms at any time. Patrons may smoke

in the designated smoking area in the northwest corner of the premises.


11) Silver Spur Hospitality and any affiliated companies are not liable for any lost, stolen or

damaged items. Please check your room for any personal items before check-out.


PETS

1) Any and all pets are subject to approval by management


2) Guests must disclose any and all pets belonging to them that are on the premises at any

time, or else be subject to up to $500 in fines and/or damages


3) There is a non-refundable $30 pet fee per animal, per reservation.


4) Pets are only allowed in designated rooms and areas of the premises.


5) All pets must be on a leash or in a pet carrier at all times while on the premises.


6) Any pet deemed by management to be a disturbance to other guests, nuisance to other

pets or dangerous in any way will result in immediate termination of reservation without

refund.



7) Guests will be required to clean up after their pets, and lack thereof will not be tolerated.

Any breaking of pet policies will result in fines of up to $500 per pet.
